Based on what you’ve explained, we could only recommend that you contact your bank to clarify whether they can help you locate the refund mentioned.
We advise you to first check your Purchase History to see whether there is confirmation of the refund mentioned, if you opened, as you say, a return request issued a refund after cancelling the order.
If, by clicking on 'View details' next to the item you’re referring to, you can see confirmation that the refund was issued, we suggest that you contact your bank, bearing in mind that refunds, once issued, can take between 3 and 5 business days to complete.
Once you do that, and review the transactions in your account, you can also contact customer support from this link if necessary, and ask them to provide you with a reference number associated with the refund, so that you can give it to your bank and they can help you locate the refund.
