I can’t add a United States phone number
I registered on the platform as a buyer.
I can't add a Miami phone number in the shipping details. Prefix 305. It throws me a message saying I can't add a phone number and it's annoying because it's very necessary to register my mailbox.

From what you say, it seems possible that your account may have been suspended or restricted, which can happen temporarily if unauthorized use has been verified.
To be able to regain access to it, it would be necessary for you to contact the security team directly so they can verify that they are communicating with the account holder, and thus be able to give you access again.
