I can’t buy an item even though it says it ships to Spain.
Hi, you see, I’m trying to buy an item from a seller, and in their shipping description it says this:
Ships to Spain. For more information about shipping options, check the details in the item description
Located in: Surrey, British Columbia, Canada
The thing is, when I go to pay it won’t let me because it says they don’t ship to Spain. I spoke with them and they told me they have international shipping enabled, so they don’t know why that’s happening. Does anyone have any idea why this happens and whether there’s a way to buy the product from them? Best regards!

Hello @l0rdbubyan,
Thank you for your message. If you can’t make the payment, it’s for two possible reasons:
1) The seller has International Shipping enabled but has not selected the destination for international shipping. Sellers must also specify the cost of international shipping and if they have not done so, you will not be able to pay, since they have to send you an invoice with the total (shipping included). This is very common and the 99% of the reasons why buyers cannot pay for an item, so I recommend that you contact your seller and you can send them this guide.
2) The item you are trying to buy is a prohibited item in Spain and you will not be able to bring it into the country.
I trust this information is helpful.
Best regards
Cinthia
