I'm trying to register as a seller on eBay Spain, but the system is asking me for a Spanish identity document (DNI or NIE) and won't let me continue. I'm a legal resident in Spain and I have an NIE along with my Foreigner Identity Card (TIE), but I don't have Spanish nationality.
