I can't print the return label!
I need to return an item, the seller already approved the return and I received a message from eBay asking me to print the label to make the return, but when I go to print it, nothing comes out. It says there is a technical error, to try again later, and I have spent 6 days trying the same thing. I don't know what to do

From what you say, it’s very possible that you’re trying to print that label from a different account than the one you used to open the return request mentioned above.
If you bought that item as a guest , you’ll simply need to click the purchase confirmation email received in your email inbox. When you do, make sure you haven’t logged in to an account that may be registered with that same email, if that’s the case. Make sure to read this page where you can contact our support service if necessary, so they can provide help to print that label.
