I don't know if I've paid
Good afternoon, I’m wondering if someone can guide me. On the 7th I placed an order and paid for it, but the seller contacted me and asked if I could cancel it, which I did. Shortly after, I got a message from eBay saying that the order had been canceled and that I had been refunded. But it doesn’t show up in my bank account. On the other hand, today, the 10th, I accepted an offer from another seller and went ahead with the payment. On eBay it appears as a completed and paid purchase. But I realized that there wasn’t enough money left on that card to make the full payment. And the money that was left, which was insufficient, appears as pending. So I don’t know what happened with either the refund for the canceled order on the 7th, or the payment on the 10th. I’ve looked for how to contact eBay to ask them but I can’t find a way, and eBay directed me to this forum. If someone can point me in the right direction, I’d be grateful. Thanks and regards!
