The transaction doesn't close after receiving the item and voting
Hi, I have a transaction pending to close. The shipping tracking was already weird since the item appeared as shipped but when I clicked on the tracking it indicated that it hadn't been shipped yet.
It's been weeks since I received the item and rated it, but it still shows up as pending receipt. Is there any way to close the transaction manually?

From what you’ve explained, it’s very possible that the sellers of the mentioned orders did not include tracking information, or even that they did not mark the order as shipped.
That would explain what you’re saying, and there wouldn’t be an option for the buyer to mark an item as received. Although you wouldn’t have that option, keep in mind that in those cases you can, if you wish, leave feedback for the seller confirming receipt of the order in question. On the other hand, if an order is cancelled, you will be able to see it updated in the 'Returns and cancellations' section of your Purchase History.
What you can do if you have received the mentioned order is add a note following the steps below:
1. Go to the "my ebay" menu and select purchase history.
2. Find the order and go to the right-hand side to the button that says "more actions"
3. In the drop-down menu, look for the "add note" option
4. Write your note ( Delivered, received ) and click "save".

OP2 years agoMany thanks. The strangest thing is that it did mark the order as sent clicking on tracking doesn't show it as such. I'll add the note then.
