DAC7 regulation
If a request from the tax office is received on this matter, having had, for example, net sales of 5,000 euros but it turns out that you do not know the acquisition cost because what you have sold are inherited things or things passed down from hand to hand through generations, or because you bought it more than 20 years ago and do not keep proof, how does the tax office calculate the profit, or how can the user justify the acquisition cost and therefore the profit obtained?
Thank you.

Hello,
We leave you with this page, which we recommend you read carefully, with useful information on the subject.
Keep in mind that DAC 7 does not change your tax obligations, it only determines whether eBay has the obligation to report your data or not. In practice, your tax obligations will be the same and it does not necessarily mean that you have to pay taxes on the amounts reported.
If your sales reach the volumes or value stipulated in DAC7 in a calendar year, eBay must annually report certain personal and transactional data of its users to the relevant tax authority. If you have more questions about your tax obligations, we would recommend consulting a tax advisor.
