The Quick Ads shipping method doesn't appear
I'm new as an Ebay seller, and I'm not able to add shipping methods, I live in Portugal, but my listings are appearing with the message that I don't ship to Portugal, or anywhere else. When I go to choose the shipping methods, the quick ads don't appear, as the help articles available on the site explain, could someone help me?
