From what you say, it’s very possible that the offer you’re referring to has expired.
Keep in mind that the seller can decide whether to accept or reject your offer during its validity period. They can also suggest another price. If they don’t reply within that time or the listing ends before they respond, the offer will expire, as seems to have happened in your case.
