From what you’re saying, it’s very possible that the offer you’re referring to has expired.
Keep in mind that the seller can decide whether to accept or reject your offer during its validity period. They can also suggest another price. If they don’t respond within that time or the listing ends before they reply, the offer will expire, as seems to have been the case for you.
