I made two offers on items, I didn’t pay for them because eBay warned me that the sellers had a bad reputation and their accounts were suspended.
now I’m going to make another offer on another item and eBay tells me I can’t because I already have previous cases (2) of not having completed payment.
can you tell me how to fix this? It’s totally unfair.
