Appeal loss
Hello, I bought a phone for 191€, which shows as delivered but DHL returned it to the seller. The seller got annoyed when I told him it hadn't arrived. I opened the case, eBay closed it after I submitted an appeal, even with proof that the item was returned to the seller, and without issuing me a refund

However, you can look for other options to get a refund, such as contacting your payment processor.
