Paack - Delivery attempt at pickup point

The latest news on an order I placed from the United Kingdom is an attempted delivery by Paack at one of their Delivery Points (supposedly there shouldn’t be any problems at a Delivery Point), that was on April 10, 5 days have passed and I have no news. It’s impossible to get in touch with this company (it should be illegal), so I’ve had to open a case, which I really didn’t want to do because it’s not the seller’s fault, it’s this company’s fault for being so bad at what they do and for making it impossible to contact them. Has anyone been able to contact Paack and resolve any incident with them?
