Paack doesn't deliver the order
Hello everyone, I need someone to tell me how it's possible that the shameless people at the logistics agency, if you can even call it that, paack, make up reasons why they don't bring me my order. The experience I'm having buying on eBay is worse than bad; there is no way for eBay to mediate and they just refer you to the seller? And the seller to eBay. What I want is either my order, which should have already arrived, or a refund, and eBay gets involved. What do I do? Reporting it is going to be even slower
