Double shipping payment for two identical items from the same seller
Could you help me with how to avoid paying double shipping for two identical items that are going in the same shipment in the same package, since they are two units? When I try to make the purchase, it charges me double shipping and the seller also doesn't know how to make that not happen. Thanks

Hello,
We recommend that you read this guide carefully, with useful information on how to save with the combined postage option.
Sellers usually have the option to specify in each listing how to take advantage of combined shipping when buying multiple items. This means that if the seller specifies in the listing (in the Shipping and Payments section) the shipping costs for multiple items, the buyer simply has to add the items to the cart and will see the total combined shipping cost shown to them on the checkout page.
If these costs for the sale of multiple items are not specified in the listing, our advice to the buyer would be to always contact the seller before proceeding with payment, to allow the seller to send them a combined invoice with the updated shipping costs.
