UNRECOGNIZED CHARGE ON MY CARD
GOOD AFTERNOON, ON APRIL 28, 2024, A FRAUD WAS COMMITTED ON A CARD AND THEY BOUGHT 2 GIF CARDS, ONE FOR 90 DOLLARS AND ONE FOR 248 DOLLARS. I DID NOT MAKE THOSE PURCHASES. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE BANK RULED AGAINST ME AND THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT DO. THERE IS EVEN A GIF THAT, ACCORDING TO THEM, DIDN'T EVEN ARRIVE AT THE ADDRESS. THIS IS ONE OF THEM ITEM NUMBER 02-11509-01125, THIS IS THE OTHER 03-11507-83113, HOW CAN YOU HELP ME SINCE IT IS A LOT OF MONEY FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T EVEN BUY AND IT DIDN'T ARRIVE, EVEN THE 248 ONE SHOWS DELIVERED BUT THE ITEM NEVER ARRIVED.. I NEED YOU TO HELP ME.. THANK YOU
