Payment made but error on eBay
Hello,
I made the payment for an item and immediately received an error message on eBay that I don't remember.
at the same time I received the payment notification by text, and in my bank history the payment shows exactly as the item price and shipping were.
when checking the purchase history on eBay there is nothing there afterward !
I contacted the seller and he told me that "we may need to verify this information further with our supplier and we'll get back to you as soon as possible." (we need to verify this information with our supplier)
This was yesterday, and today I still have no response, and the account says a message that the seller will not be available until June 7.
What to do?
