I paid for an item through PAYPAL, it was charged to my account, and it doesn't appear as a purchase.
Hello everyone.
I have paid for an item I bought a month ago through my PAYPAL account. I have the charge made on my bank account, but in my EBAY account no purchased, reserved, shipped or pending item appears.
When I try to claim a refund, EBAY always tells me which item to do it for. But it doesn't appear.....
Could someone give me an EBAY customer service email address? Where I can send them an email, to explain my case.

From what you’re saying, it’s very possible that you completed that purchase as a guest, and not with a registered account, which would explain why you can’t see that purchase in your account.
If you bought that item as a guest , you’ll simply need to click on the purchase confirmation email you received in your email inbox. When you do, make sure you haven’t signed in to an account you may have registered with that same email, if that’s the case. Make sure to read this page from where you’ll be able to contact our support service if necessary, so they can provide you with help, and open a claim if necessary.
