Package sent and delivered, but the tracking isn't updating, and my funds are being held.
I’ve made a sale, the payment is done (the money is on the platform), the package has been sent and picked up, but eBay isn’t updating the shipping status and it still shows as "shipping", so I can’t collect my money.
What can I do?
