Untracked package Italy
Good evening, on the 30th I bought a perfume from an Italian seller for my partner, and to my surprise, it doesn't have a tracking number. When I check its status, it only says shipped and estimated time, and both contacting the seller and this platform is impossible. Has this happened to anyone? If you can help me with anything, I'd appreciate it! Thank you very much!
