packages that are marked as delivered but don't arrive at the address
hi my name is gian pier and I have problems with 3 packages that have been sent by FedEx to an import address since I do this because I have a store in my country but for a while now I have had problems with packages sent by usps that did not arrive and I assumed they were lost then I told the sellers to send it by FEDEX and now the problem I have with FEDEX is that the packages show that they arrived at my warehouse but when I call my importer to bring them to my country they tell me that nothing has arrived and it is the first time that has happened to me since I asked the sellers to send it by FEDEX and if the packages arrived at my warehouse would someone know how to help me or if something similar has happened to them ??
I am asking ebay support for help to find the packages or to give me a refund of my money since I have not received any package.
I am including a screenshot of my trakings of the three packages that do not appear delivered but that I have not received.
