Order from the U.S.
Good morning
Some time ago I placed an order from the USA to Spain
I've been doing daily tracking
The problem is that since Friday the 15th it has been in the same status, which is “carrier pre alert”. I understand that means they have informed Correos that they are going to receive the item. I also understand that the item is in transit to Spain
I'd like to know if it's normal for it to take so long to update to another status, as well as whether it's normal for it to take a week or more to arrive in Spanish territory
I checked through the shipping that eBay offers for international purchases
