Returned order but not refunded
Hi, on September 26 I returned an item and a few days later it said it had already arrived at the seller's, so eBay sent me an email saying the refund would arrive by October 3 at the latest and I still haven't received anything. Do you know what should be done or how to file a claim? Thanks

Normally we give sellers 2 business days after the tracking number shows a successful delivery. I understand that these two days have already passed and you still don’t see the refund in your account.
If you have already received the notification that you received a refund, you don’t have to do anything else, just wait and it will show up in your bank in the following days.
