Order overdue
Hello, good morning
I'd like to know, what is the status of my shipment?
I placed the order on April 22 and supposedly it was to be delivered on April 30, and today, May 9, it still hasn't been delivered. Could you please help me by telling me how or through what means I can track my order.

Thank you for your message. If the seller uses a tracked delivery service, you'll be able to see the carrier information and the current location of the order. If the item was not sent with tracking, you'll be able to see the estimated delivery date for the package here.
You can also see the order delivery status in the Purchase History. If the seller uses a tracked service, you'll be able to see the tracking number as a link next to the item.
If the seller uses a tracked service, but you can't see any tracking number, the seller may need to send the tracking information. You can contact the seller to ask them to add the tracking information.
