Please remember that eBay offers protection in situations where a buyer does not receive an order, or receives it in a condition different from what was described. According to our eBay Customer Guarantee. you can receive protection if you open a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date shown in the order details. Check this link for information on how to open a claim for an item not received. You can do this once the estimated delivery date has passed, and if the seller does not respond to you or offer a solution, after 3 business days you can ask us for help so we can try to find a solution for you.
