ORDER NOT DELIVERED
Hi. Let’s see if someone can point me in the right direction.
I placed an order on 8/10; it was a hard plastic dinosaur mask and I think the seller is from the USA. I paid almost €60 for it. As of today, in the tracking, it shows as shipped on the 9th and one line says it’s on its way but NOT delivered. Yesterday I filed a claim and it tells me the shipment is delivered. I replied again that that’s not the case. I was thinking of sending eBay a screenshot of the tracking where, as I mentioned, it shows as not delivered, but I can’t find the option to send it. Please see if someone can help me. If I can’t sort it out, I’ll never use eBay again in my life and, of course, I won’t recommend it.

It will depend on the subject of your inquiry so we can obtain the email, chat, or phone number for the right team, where you can talk and receive help from one of our specialists.
