Order not received
I bought an iPhone 14 through bidding, I paid for it on November 30 and I never received the item, the seller automatically shipped it, and put the same item up for sale again, a white iPhone 14 that didn't show a photo, only the typical Google photo of an iPhone. They told me that as of today I could open a request, but I log in and the same thing still comes up.

Thanks for your message, if the estimated delivery date ends today, you will need to wait until tomorrow to open the “Item Not Received” request.
If the estimated delivery date has already passed, you should be able to open a dispute in our resolution center and if you are receiving a message, contact us and we will help you open the dispute.
To contact us, you will need to go to our Help Pages and select Get help with an item that hasn't arrived, then select the topic of your query, at the end of each page you will find a section that says Contact us, if you click on this section, you will find the option to call us, chat with us, send us an email, etc.
