Order not received
Hello, hi, I'd like to know a bit about the status of the orders. A few days ago I bought several things and supposedly they would arrive today. In fact, the order was marked "Out for delivery" and around 18:35 eBay says that my order could not be delivered when nobody has come to my house. I don't know if the delivery people do this to have more time or how this works. Thanks and regards

Hello @hadexx_173,
Thank you for your message and for sharing your experience; I completely understand the concern caused by waiting for an order and finding the failed delivery attempt notice on eBay when no one has been to your home.
In situations like this, the most important thing is to check the tracking number. If the tracking shows that the item has already been delivered, but you have not received it, I recommend that you contact the seller directly through eBay to let them know what has happened. In addition, you can open an item not received case from your account. This allows eBay to review the issue and help you find a solution, whether with a refund or the shipment of a replacement.
Below, I’m telling you how to open the request yourself so you can start the process to ask for a refund and back our guarantee, if you are still within these 30 days. You can open the case here, this will alert the seller so they can begin the refund process and the communication between the seller and you.
There may have been a delivery confusion or a carrier error. Opening the case as soon as possible will give you buyer protection and make it easier to track your claim.
I hope this information is helpful. Thank you for your attention and for being part of our community.
Best regards
Cinthia
