Order they’re not going to send me
Hello, I placed an order, but the seller told me they is not going to ship it because the shipping cost is very high for them. The order was placed on the 15th, it has already been paid for by PayPal, but it still hasn't been canceled and I haven't received the corresponding refund. What can I do? Thanks in advance.

We're sorry to hear what you're saying. If a seller says they do not want to send an item, they will need to cancel the order and issue a refund for the buyer.
In the rare case that they don't, we'd like to reassure you that your purchase is covered by the Customer Guarantee Program, in the rare case that you do not receive it within the estimated delivery date shown in the order details.
We recommend trying to contact the seller, and if they don't respond or issue a refund after canceling the order, you'll be able to receive protection if you open a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date shown in the order details. Check this link with information so you can open a claim for an item not received.
