Request a refund
Is there any way to request a refund on an unshipped package? I've been waiting quite a while for a package to be sent, and since the delivery date has already passed, I wanted to request a refund, but I can't find that option anywhere. The instructions on Ebay's help page don't help. The options they mention don't exist. I'm going to assume they're pretty outdated.
The purchase doesn't show up in recent items, so I can't request it from there.
Does anyone know of a solution?
Thanks for the help

OP2 years agoThe expected delivery period has already passed, and returns are still allowed for a few more days.

OP2 years agoI’ve tried to follow that process, but the only options it gives me under "more actions" are contact, sell, and buy again." I also don’t have the option to ask eBay for help even after contacting the seller, who hasn’t responded to any message.

Hello,
According to our eBay Customer Guarantee. you may receive protection if you open a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date indicated in the order details.
You can do this by selecting 'Item has not arrived' in the 'More actions' menu available both in your Purchase History next to the item you are referring to and in the order details.
Check this link for information on how to open a claim for a non-received item. Remember that once you have done so, if the seller does not respond to you or offer a solution, after 3 business days you can ask us for help so we can try to find a solution for you.
