Requests shipping of 9.99 for FedEx
I bought a cell phone two weeks ago with a shipping cost of $9.99 for shipping via fedex and they sent it by ground advantage and it’s already been two weeks and it still hasn’t arrived, and what the seller told me that ebay only ships ground to PR, I always do that, that’s a lie because I’m a buyer and seller.
