Pitney Bowes 0 Tracking Updates Since Purchase
Hello!
Sorry for bothering everyone.
An item I bought on EBay the 10th of June has been shipped with economic Pitney Bowes, It is now 15th of June and I haven't had a single tracking update.
It still is under the "Preparing" status, and supposedly not even in transit for one single day.
Does Pitney Bowes even provide tracking? Are they actually this slow? Should I just wait?

Thank you for your message. I understand that the tracking number has not been updated and I’d like you to know that your purchase is protected by eBay and if the estimated delivery date has already passed, you’ll be able to open a case.
At eBay, we have the eBay Customer Guarantee Protection to cover your purchase in situations like these, where you have not received your item. I suggest that you contact the seller directly in case the item has already been shipped, but the tracking number has not been updated, as this sometimes happens. If you do not receive a response from the seller, it is important that you check the estimated delivery date in your transaction, because our guarantee protects you up to 30 days after the estimated date.
Below I’ll show you how to open the request yourself so you can begin the process to request a refund and back our guarantee, if you are still within these 30 days. You’ll be able to open the case here, this will alert the seller so they can begin the refund process and the communication between the seller and you.
It’s rare for sellers to ignore your help request, but if you don’t receive a response after a few days, you’ll be able to request eBay’s help if you go into the case from your account and click the option "Ask eBay for help".
