We're sorry to read what happened with that order you're referring to.
eBay's Customer Guarantee offers protection if you've received an item in conditions different from what was stated in the listing. If this is the case, you can open a return request within 30 days after the date you received the aforementioned order. Make sure the return reason is "item different from the listing description" or 'Missing parts' so that the seller can offer you a solution, from offering you a partial refund if you want one, to arranging the return of the item, covering the return costs. Once you do this, if the seller does not offer you a solution within 3 business days, you will have the option to ask eBay to step in by selecting the 'Ask eBay for help' option once it becomes available, and under no circumstances close the request until the seller has offered you a solution you agree with.
