PLEASE HELP
Hello, I hope someone can help me with this issue. I placed an order to the USA from Spain, it was held in customs and sent back to the place of origin. Out of desperation and ignorance, I opened a return label when I had not received the package, and I had to close it because I had used the wrong procedure. I contacted eBay and they told me that since I had opened a return, the guarantee they offer was no longer valid and that I would have to reach an agreement with the seller. The problem is that the seller is not replying to me and I don't know how to report this problem. It is an order for €300, so it really affects me quite a lot. I NEED URGENT HELP.
