Why does eBay allow offensive and defamatory messages from sellers you don't even know and have never had any transaction with?
Why does eBay allow messages with insults and slander from sellers I don't even know and haven't even had any transactions with??
I know the quality of what I sell and the treatment I receive, and based on that I set a price, but I AM NOT FORCING ANYONE TO BUY, starting from that base, why does eBay allow (by not taking action against them) them to send me private messages with insults and slander? I understand that they can't filter out someone losing their mind and writing whatever they want, but once eBay has been informed by me, why don't they take action against them and their accounts? What are we on Twitter or what? This situation takes away a lot of credibility from eBay and, honestly, I don't understand this “policy of DOING NOTHING”.
