Why spontaneous refund?
Good afternoon,
why have I received a refund that I did NOT request, if I am waiting for my order to arrive?
I don’t understand anything
On the other hand, how can I contact E-bay customer support?

Thank you for your message. It’s possible that the seller has issued a refund and that’s why you haven’t received your item.
We’ll be happy to look into what’s going on if you get in touch with us.
It will depend on the topic of your inquiry so we can get you the email, chat, or phone number for the right team, where you can speak with and get help from one of our specialists.

But it seems the seller did send the product, although nothing shows up in the shipment tracking, but I haven't canceled, I'm still waiting, what a mess
