I bought a product in Germany and its destination is Spain. The shipping cost was 20 euros. They accept the return and the return shipping cost is the same. When they refund the amount they do not include the 20 euros from the initial shipping. Is it correct the way they have done it.
For me the shipping cost is high, if it were 2 or 5 euros, I wouldn't say anything, but for this amount it's worth fighting for.
