I bought an item on the ebay website, and paid the amount including VAT, and it is detailed on the invoice.Now the item has arrived at Portuguese customs, and customs is charging me the value of that VAT again.What should I do for eBay to refund me the amount I had paid in the first place when I paid for the item?
