POSSIBLE FRAUD OFFENSE
Hi, I bought this product (Midea PortaSplit Mobile Split Air Conditioner 12,000 BTU 3.5kW New, on 12/07/2026 and it tells me there are problems sending the product, I am being refunded only 0.01 cent, I wrote to them asking them to return the full amount I paid and it says the user is no longer registered. Please advise how to proceed so they refund me, regards

Mentor3 weeks agoIn a few days, as soon as the delivery deadline passes, you’ll see the option to report an item not received, open the claim and you’ll get your money back. If the seller is suspended now, they won’t be able to reply or anything, so file the claim and that’s it.
