Hello.On November 18 I bought a product.The seller claims it was shipped on November 28. However, the shipment is delayed, I started a chat with him and he told me the possible delay was because he had sent the product by ordinary mail. In this way he is breaching what was stated in the listing, since at first he said he would send it by registered mail, and I paid the amount for that to be the case. I pointed this out to him and he apologized.Trusting the seller's word, I waited at least a month for the shipment to arrive, since with ordinary mail delivery times are usually considerably longer.After a month, seeing that the item still had not arrived, I started the return process; however, in the return details there is no "ask eBay for help," only this is stated: "The seller has received your message: you should hear from the seller soon". As of today, at least at the time I am writing this message, I still have not received any response from the seller. Please, I ask for help, I am very lost right now; I have looked for eBay's phone number and contacted the service through Facebook, both attempts without result, so I don't know what to do to resolve this possible fraud that occurred on eBay.In addition, it is worth noting that this seller has feedback that describes similar incidents to what happened to me.I hope for your help.Best regards and thank you.
