Issue with SpeedPAK
Problem with SpeedPAK shipment: “Address error / The item is being held” even though the address is correct
Hi. I’m hoping someone can help me because I don’t know exactly where my package is or what I can do now.
I bought an item on eBay and the shipping was done via SpeedPAK.
Today, 16 September, the tracking has changed to:
Address error
The item is being held
The problem is that the address shown in my eBay order is correct and complete.
Also, I received a notice saying there had been a delivery attempt, but I didn’t receive any prior notice and no delivery was made to my home. After that supposed attempt, the tracking changed to say that the shipment was being held.
I’ve already contacted Correos and the seller, but for now I don’t know:
Where the package is physically located.
What that “Address error” exactly means if the address is correct.
If it’s at a Correos office, in a logistics center, or still with the courier.
If delivery will be attempted again.
What I need to do to prevent it from being returned to the seller.
Has this happened to anyone else with a SpeedPAK/Correos shipment? Do you know what this status means and how I can find out where the package is being held?
