Problem with a document on eBay
When creating an ad, I get to the personal information entry page. I am Ukrainian, but I currently live in Spain. I select the nationality “Ukraine” and enter my passport number, but an error appears. Then, I try entering the number of my residence card (TIE) and the same error keeps appearing.
How can I solve this problem?

Thank you for your message. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble registering with your INE. I’d like you to try replacing the number 0 with the first letter of the NIE by following these steps:
- Choose Spain nationality
- Enter your date of birth
- Enter the NIE with a zero in front instead of the letter, and the normal letter at the end. Example: Y1234567N and our system will accept it by entering "01234567N"
