Hello, I have a problem with a product, some wireless headphones that stopped working 3 months after I bought them and the seller doesn't reply to my messages.

eBay's Customer Guarantee offers protection if you have received an item in a condition different from what was stated in the listing, or if you receive it in defective condition, as long as you open a return request within 30 days after the date you received the order in question.
If, as you mention, more than 3 months have passed since you made that purchase, we would recommend trying to contact the manufacturer as well as continuing to do so with the seller. You can also explore the options available outside of eBay to understand whether it is possible to receive protection for that transaction.
