Return issue
I have a problem, I ordered a part for my bike's exhaust pipe, supposedly for my specific model, but the diameter of the part doesn't match the section of the pipe where it goes, basically the part isn't suitable for my model, I am requesting a return, and in theory for that reason the product shouldn't have to pay return shipping costs since the part isn't suitable, but they are demanding that I pay return shipping costs, which are even a euro more expensive than the part itself, I need help

Thanks for your message. If the item you received is not as described, it is the seller’s responsibility to cover the shipping costs.
You can request eBay’s help if you go into the case from your account and click the option "Request eBay Help".
