Remember that you can contact Customer Service whenever you want through the Help pages, in particular from this link
Also keep in mind that, as we mentioned above, R once the estimated delivery date has passed, if you have not received your order you can open a claim for item not received. Check this link for information on how to do it, and if the seller does not respond or offer a solution, after 3 business days you can ask us for help so that we can try to find a solution for you.
