VAT issue
Hi,
I live in Spain, and when I make an offer in the United States, I see the product with a cost of $124 + $49 and I make an offer of $100, which is accepted by the seller, and the cost stays at $121 + $49 shipping; this is because the initial screen shows the price with VAT included, but the offer is made on the base price. It makes absolutely no sense.
