Hi, I have a problem with a purchase from England. It says I should change my shipping address or ask the seller to request the shipping costs to my country. I told the seller and they changed the settings to send it through eBay’s shipping system, but I still can’t pay because the shipping costs don’t appear. I’ve tried everything: changing my address and adding it again, switching devices (tablet, computer, mobile), logging out of the app and deleting it and reinstalling it. And even so I still can’t get the shipping costs to show up. I don’t know what else to do.
Does anyone know what I can do?
