Problems with returns
Hello everyone:
I bought several items on eBay USA, and I had them sent to Spain through Shipito. I had a problem with one of the items and eBay accepted the return, but the shipping label comes from Oregon and not from my address in Spain. Although I wouldn't mind paying the shipping costs to the USA, I have no way of contacting eBay to be able to correct the label and have the return sent from Spain.
Can anyone give me some advice on how I can make the return or how to get in touch with eBay to issue a new label, even if I pay the costs myself?
Thank you very much

Mentor1 year agoWell, now it’s complicated because, as I understand it, you requested a return for item different from description or another reason in which the seller has to send you the label to return the item.
And of course, the seller pays for the return but within the United States because they shipped it within the United States.
Maybe you can’t, but what you should do is send it at your own expense to Shipito and have them stick on the seller’s label and forward it.
You can also close the claim and open another one because you don’t like the item; in that case you have to pay for shipping, but you can handle it however works best for you and do it from Spain.
The customs issue will be something else.

OP1 year agoMany thanks, mate, for replying,
indeed the item doesn't match the description, I already tried to return it on my own, but the problem is customs. I think eBay sent me the return label, not the seller; in any case, can I ask the seller to make me a new label? or eBay? I know I'll have to pay the shipping costs myself and I don't mind, the problem is customs.
