Issues with my document
Hi, I have a problem starting to sell, it asks for my documentation, but as soon as I enter my passport document number it tells me it's not valid, does anyone know why?

Thanks for your message, I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble registering with your INE. I'd like you to try replacing the number 0 with the first letter of the NIE by following these steps:
- Choose Spain as your nationality
- Enter your date of birth
- Enter the NIE with a zero in front instead of the letter, and the normal letter at the end. E.g. Y1234567N and our system will accept it by entering "01234567N"
